A small bistro offers members of the association dishes based on food that is currently available. It doesn't get any fresher.

All food is made available on site at the moment of preparation from the aquaponic facility. It doesn't get any more local.

Fish & vegetables served without delivery

You can get one directly from our aquaponic facility fresh and ecologically clean fish & vegetables served to your plate.

Enjoy the delicacies and atmosphere in our local bistro in Frankfurt. Cooking courses are held regularly, in which interested people can harvest and prepare the produce together.
